I work for an Alaskan company. In 4 years I have never seen Eskimo pie I'd wanna try.

The only group fighting against it really are the GOP establishment. Boehner for instance, decided to cave on every issue with the budget and only held his ground on DC marijuana. I would unscientifically guess 80% of the tea party faction really couldn't care less one way or the other about marijuana. We aren't going to join you in the fight for legalization, but aren't going to fight against you either.

This has been my experience too. Which is unfortunate, because both groups ultimately want similar things.
