UCF08,

You merely proved your ignorance in the matter. If you would have any working knowledge of ammunition more importantly firearms, you would have know that "even if" a .38 casing were to be marked for Identification, there would no casing to identify!! The weapon was a revolver!! They do not expel a shell after it is fired.. You are an idiot and would be better served not speaking in topics you know nothing about!

This is common when Libs speak out of their a rear ends and have absolutely no idea of the real world, just theories. Remember this was your point that you are absolutely failing with.

As far as motorcycles and cars, I have both and can tell you cars are safer!! However, I've been almost killed by people driving cars and even carted off on backboard because of an d-bag in a car who pulled out in front of me on my motorcycle.

Still waiting!

Still waiting for what? I addressed your hypothetical, and rebutted your claim. Ignoring it doesn't mean it didn't happen.

It all happened in discussion and you are an ignorant biatch about the topic that you introduced. Carry on boy!

Possibly, sure. Again, I'm not stating the feasibility or useful of this, I was just here to stop the conservative hyperbole train from leaving the station.

What's your rationale for putting people who broke no laws into a database so that they can be easily tracked?

If I go to Wal-Mart or a mom and pop gun shop to buy whatever ammo I need, why is there a need for anybody to know? I have broken no laws, and purchased a product in part of a private transaction. The idea for which you are arguing only creates red tape and expense.

A large number of people are killed from stabbings each year but that doesn't mean we need to create a database of everybody that purchased a place-setting as a wedding present.

Why don't we create a list of people who attended liberal colleges or took part in socialist student groups? How about we barcode beer cans and scan ID's on purchase so its easier to track potential drunk drivers? What about a database of everybody that attends a certain church or mosque?

I'm not paranoid, and I'm no conspiracy theorist, but I do object to to being filed in a database for no valid reason. Instead of trying to dismiss those of us that feel this is useless, try giving a valid reason it's useful.

XACLY!

I choose to not own a gun.....

there are more effective and sadistic methods in my world if someone fks with it.....

it's pretty cool when you give up the fear of death and decide to just want to exist during the allotted time provided....

Id rather have a data base of people on all these psychotropic drugs. That would be much more useful.

I don't think weed falls in that category.....and I'm pretty certain it would be difficult to prove that any hallucinogen kills....fyi, that doesn't include heroin, morphine, cocaine, opiates, etc....

however, that alcohol, nicotine, sex predatory, religion thingy can be a biatch....

those are the real killers....and it's already available for access....

It's interesting one would choose the alternative you describe.....

I have no clue how it could possibly be "more useful"

....time to toke now....

Go ahead and burn one Fist. It would be good to know the folks on these drugs. Look at it this way, the US Military will not accept you if you are on or have been taking some of these drugs for the most of you life.

Death shouldn't be feared anyway, but that's another discussion.

There were roughly 11,000 murders committed with gun in 2010. That same year there were 765,000 abortions. Let's track the pro-death crowd.
