We're definitely spoiled in Memphis. That being said, the Rendezvous is just so darned inconsistent. I've had some awesome ribs there, and I've had some that tasted like they've been reheated 5 times.

Trick at the Rendezvous is that during the week do not get a table on the left side as that is where they use the leftover, thus dry, ribs. I usually just sit at the bar thus you get the fresh ribs.
