Only radio broadcast of the WMU vs Colgate game? If so, what a joke

No video broadcast and I'm sure glad I took the day off to watch this. Hockey on the radio just doesn't cut it.

I was really looking forward to the Colgate match up, as I watched them play SCSU earlier this year and thought they were a pretty solid team with lots of speed.

just not the same listening to a hockey game on the radio. It's not that Robin doesn't do a good job, as he is excellent, it's just there is so much of the game that is missed.

I'm still surprised there was no video. Who is the host team? RMU ? Couldn't they use their broadcast crew? They probably would of made more money selling the video on demand than they did in ticket sales

Yes....Game could have gone to us. Understand listening to the announcers....Kovacs played like a man on fire! Both scoring chances for himself and multiple set-ups to his teammates.

I'll have to look at the box scores at collegehockeystats for confirmation, but my rough count on USCHO is that we've had 7 majors/misconducts so far. We've played 17 games.

2 10-min misconducts and 5 game-misconducts. Of the 7 total, Laporte has 4, Hargrove 2, and McKee has 1. Laporte has 10 penalties for 55 minutes, no one else is even close to that.

Is this just an unfortunate side effect of Murray's "Miserable" style, or do we just have some idiots on our team?
