Still perfect this season against that inferior league, the B1G?

At least we got one win outta that tourney. Wanted two, though.

Don't look now but our winning percentage is the highest it's been since we won our second game of the season way back on Oct 11th.

Still have a long way to go, but I think this team is starting to come together. Not having Tiffels in Pittsburgh certainly didn't help, either.

And losing Hargrove in the second period of the Colgate game made matters worse...

Speaking of Tiffels, I watched several of his world junior games, he looked very good, was probably thier best forward. He had a very good game vs Canada

Glad Germany is out and he is on his way back to WMU :)

Even though pair wise the Broncos currently sit at #35, keep in mind two years ago Jan 1, Wisconsin was ranked #42 in the RPI (unranked by pairwise) and rose to the #14 overall seed. 03-idea

With the exception of the 2 UNO games in which the Broncos were flat out terrible 01-lauramac2 and 1 Miami loss in which WMU was out played, the rest of the games the Broncos should of won.

Considering the Broncos have not even played thier best hockey yet, I'm very excited about the second half of the season. 02-13-banana

Once some of our key guys find their scoring touch and start lighting the lamp, look out 04-cheers

Conference title is still with in their grasp, along with home ice going into the conference tournament and if they have a big run in the second half vs serval top ranked teams, an at large bid is still a possibility....

But WMU will have to do it vs some very tough competition and why not start it next week on "two" nationally televised games vs the Irish 04-rock

Notre dame isn't the Notre dame they have been in the past either. We could easily sweep if we play to our potential

Now that WMU has knocked off 20 Penn State which is supposedly the best in the big Is there any question WMU could win the Big this year? If they were in that league?

PSU is not the best of the B1G, but they are current in first place.

There #20 ranking is a good example of one of the flaws in the current pairwise ranking system, rewarding teams with a good winning record who play a soft schedule. Thier current SOS is #44 out of 59 teams.

Maybe. The only problem is, probably close to half of college hockey could probably make that same claim this year.

Darn, I see Germany made it into the next round, so Tiffels is still in Montreal
