Its not semantics to the University that is making out a paycheck for the base pay from their own resources, with somebody else paying the media portion.

I agree. So his total compensation is jumping up $20k/yr. It went up $20k with this extension, and will go up $20k/yr. Meanwhile, his buyout stayed the same. It's only $200k if he leaves in 2015. 03-banghead
