I agree. So his total compensation is jumping up $20k/yr. It went up $20k with this extension, and will go up $20k/yr. Meanwhile, his buyout stayed the same. It's only $200k if he leaves in 2015.

UT's beat reported tweeted that it drops to $100k in 2016.
