No, I'm an accountant, and I want to see actual numbers. When the same exact article makes an argument against its numbers, I'm skeptical. You are, have been, and always will be nothing more than a troll on this board.
You will never be able to point to any instance where I have trolled this board.
I am also an accountant. Forbes is still more reliable than you. The fact that you can't admit that makes you seem like the one who is trolling.

" The Lady Bears were one of the many losers, though it’s difficult to tell exactly how much the team lost because of the school’s accounting practices (it’s common for some universities to inflate reported team revenue with profits from football or men’s basketball in order to list an operating income of $0). Baylor spent $4.9 million on the Lady Bears, the third-highest expenses in women’s college basketball last year behind only Tennessee and Connecticut, so losses were likely significant. But here’s the kicker: that’s not a bad thing."
Is that the statement you're referencing? I don't see anything else that makes reference to your claim but I don't see that statement as an argument against every school's numbers.

RE: Average Attendance
That would be it. I didn't say every school, I said I wanted to see the schools listed. It's common for... Means it isn't something that one or two schools do. I want to see how close to 0 some of these are. I can make numbers look pretty much any way I want to with some manipulating. I'm not saying the numbers they have aren't valid, I just want to see where those numbers came from.
And you trolled this board for months telling us all this **** didn't happen. Now that it is out in the media daily, I still don't think you've accepted it as a fact. But hey, maybe I don't know what a troll is.

RE: Average Attendance
I understand what you're trying to say.
Fiscal responsibility is important. I get that, but I don't believe in austerity measures. Aggressive cutting of expenses may seem like they help, but, in the long term, you can really hurt growth. I don't think you're a troll. I see that you're just trying to advocate for more accountability. It's just that I can't recall any time austerity worked.
In this political and economic climate, it's perfectly understandable for people to feel like spending is on a rampage or the like when confronted with things like the national debt or that Alabama itself is running into some trouble. Still, injecting money into worthy causes regardless of their potential to generate revenue is central to spirit of universities in general.
