You could be right, but you don't know for sure.
Granted, but c'mon man. He references the other previous coach (speaks to comparison in role), then uses the term "in-house", which, to me, certainly means the administration of the program. When we're talking about player-related issues, the normal reference is something more like "in the locker room" or "personnel".
