Don't want it on Thanksgiving weekend because students at each school won't be on campus. Considering the SB does not have a conf championship game that weekend is open. It's already an intense game, but with added possible championship implications it would be awesome. What do ya say?

Eventually, the conference will get it's 12th team. Do you really want to move your game to a weekend that WILL be moved when the divisions are settled?

The upside of Tuesday night is its the only football game in the world. Good exposure for your program and university. From that standpoint it's an honor to be picked for Tuesday night.

Do the programs that have to play on Tuesday night get reimbursed for the lost revenue of ticket sales?

Could deal with 30-40 degrees with sunshine, but that low 200 foot cloud cover & fog ceiling in Nov/Dec ain't much fun either. I have to say I always liked the mid October date because I felt it was late enough in the season to settle early season jitters, and early enough to allow for some late season positioning & corrections. For both teams.

Suppose it's the same as App fans not liking those 90 degree, 150% humidity, gnat infested early October days in Statesboro? 03-lmfao Especially those late afternoon starts when you're in danger of having your retina's permanently damaged from looking directly into the sun the entire 4th quarter towards the Bishop Fieldhouse endzone. Who builds a stadium like that anyway?

BTW, Did Breida and Ellison miss the plane to Annapolis? 05-stirthepot

Ellison, Yes.

Breida finished with 200+ yards and 2 touchdowns. He did his part.

Not just no, hell no. Boone has been bad enough in late October the last few years.

At the rate things are going we'll have a 10-12 year run before that is settled.

I'm with E22, play it the third weekend in October like it was for so many years, preferable with a late afternoon start to maximize pregame drinking time.

The one drawback of App being located in a resort town is the majority of our fans live two hours away. A Tuesday night game in Boone would be an attendance disaster.

Nah, then you won't be able to see the leaves change colors, which as we all know is, next to goat orgies, Boone's main attraction.

I like the idea of it always being mid October. Yall don't want to be in Statesboro in September and we don't want to be in Boone in November. Meet in the middle on it for a mid October 3:00 pm start.

Thanks but no thanks to any Dec game in Boone! I'd be good with late Sept early Oct though.

Brother you can have them we don't need them we know who we are and what we have. I'd prefer home attendance over Tuesday night exposer that's just my opinion I do not speak for the Cajun Nation on this one.

GaSo don't have to worry about Boone in December because as much love as the commissioner have for UL and A State one of us if not both will be there in Dec.

Since Benson wears GS pajamas hopefully we keep App in September and avoid Tuesday games.

RE: App vs Ga So 2015 and Beyond
After GS and App's successful first season, I can all but guarantee the game will be on Thursday. I would expect GS and App to each have a second game on Tuesday or Thursday.
