Fusilier and Riles were both pass plays.
If either drop the exchange it's a fumble not an incomplete pass, that's a run IMO and my box score says they were runs.
Those jet sweeps are forward passes. The idea is similar to a screen pass where it is caught behind the line and the running back gets all of the yardage running. Doesn't really make sense but that's how it is scored.
A screen pass is thrown over hand...not tossed under hand, if rile or fuse drop those exchanges it would have been fumbles.

Jet sweeps are handed off, they are indeed running plays. On those plays the balls were flipped to Fuslier and Riles, therefore they are passes. Similar plays, different delivery of the football.
I don't care how they are recorded, they would have been fumbles...how can it be a pass that if you drop it, it's not an incomplete pass. I've seen box scores with it both ways. Either way we ran all over their defense, which was my original point.
Nope. Forward passess because they were thrown, you know, forward. They would be incomplete passes, the method of delivery does not matter. Underhand, overhand, sidearm does not matter.

I think CD a had 7 carries for one yard, and Pete had 472 passing so they went with what was working but Just couldn't protect Thomas enough to win. This season has been real frustrating for us warhawk fans we really can look back and say one or two things here and we win in nearly all of our games. Great game and congrats to the Cajuns, maybe we can help with that co champ problem.

You are a good sport. The running game was getting no place so you tried to pass your way to a win. That almost never works. Best of luck to ULM with the rest of the season.
90, I know we use to have our differences, but you have been nothing but classy after the game. Also, has anyone ever noticed that this isn't that chippy a game between the players?
Thought both teams handled themselves well. WR Rashon Ceasar told several Cajun athletes after the game not to worry, ULM was going to take care of GaSouthern.

So back to the convoluted common core comparison game, ULM is now your surrogate and I guess Appy is ours, I like our chances.
