It says that a couple of their programs are better than our worst programs, nothing more. Only an idiot would believe that's a good measure of overall league strength. Do you think anybody judges the B12 as a whole by the performances of Kansas, Texas Tech and Iowa State?

Marshall - beat Miami (OH), Ohio & Akron
FIU - Lost to Bethune Cookman, no G5 or P5 wins
FAU - Beat Tulsa and Wyoming
WKU - Beat Bowling Green and Navy
MTSU - No G5 wins
ODU - Beat EMU
UAB - Beat Troy
USM - Beat transitional App State by 1
UTSA - Beat Houston, best OOC win for CUSA
Rice - Beat Hawaii and Army
UNT - Beat SMU
UTEP - Beat UNM and NMSU
LA Tech - lost to an FCS
Yeah, so these are the trash wins you're crowing about. Congrats.
Louisiana Tech beat Louisiana Lafayette
Call them whatever you want, but those wins will put our programs in nice position for the Bowl games.

Fair enough, but your argument falls apart with UTSA over Houston, in the Cougars home opener. The same UTSA that is 1-4 in C-USA.
And yes, FAU beat a bad Tulsa team by a big margin. But that same FAU is only 2-4 in C-USA. North Texas, with the third win, is 1-4 in C-USA play. I will give you that Memphis, in the running for the AAC title, did beat Middle Tennessee, who will probably finish second in the C-USA East.

If anything it's an even clearer distinction than the line between the ACC/Big 10 and the American/MWC.
Only in the minds of the AAC is there a clear line between the AAC and C-USA. The biggest surprise has to be how C-USA has performed, and the robust record it has produced in head-to-head competition with the rest of the G5.
When Marshall wins the Access Bowl slot, and Louisiana Tech and Rice get promoted into winnable P5 bowl opponents in Heart of Dallas (B1G) and the Independence Bowl (ACC), the off-season dialogue will change.

One of those trash teams (Army) beat an AAC team (UConn).
Right now C-USA is 1-0 against Army. WKU has the chance to make it 2-0 or 1-1 this weekend.
Either way, it hasn't been a banner year for the G5.

Only someone who's such a homer he doesn't use his mind would talk trash with no wins to back it up.
AAC may be better than CUSA, but you've got no facts to back it up. To say there is a clear delineation as the Cincy poster did is just ridiculous.
Here are some facts:
UTSA 27 at Houston 7
UTSA 1-4 in CUSA
Houston 3-2 in conference with a win over the AAC leader.
And as much as you want to deny it, SMU is part of AAC. They count. The ACC can't say they are the strongest conference just because they have FSU.

You're essentially using one matchup, UTSA vs Houston as definitive proof that CUSA > AAC.
It's not that hard to understand. With out matching the top vs the top and bottom vs the bottom across the board you really can't make ANY definitive conclusions on who's the best or worst conferences overall.

...just like you can't say the SEC is the worst P5 just because they've got Vanderbilt.
