So as long as you are racist to more than one group at a time it's okay?
So you're telling me that In Living Color is racist, and the Wayans brothers are racist? Or does it only count as racist if you're white?
I'm saying that "In Living Color" isn't racist because it's a comedy show. People know not to take it seriously.
Shows like "moonshiners" "Mountain Men" and others are advertised as drama.
It's a different story.

Ok, so let me get this right.
One poster said " the comment was made to take a jab at both races, white and black."
You said " So as long as you are racist to more than one group at a time it's okay?" and followed that up with four laughing emoticons.
I said " So you're telling me that In Living Color is racist, and the Wayans brothers are racist?" because the Wayans' take/took racist jabs at more than one race, and homosexuals.
You followed that up with " I'm saying that "In Living Color" isn't racist because it's a comedy show." and then went on about Mountain Men and Moonshiners.
So having said all of that, what exactly was your point in bringing up two dramas?

Moonshiners and MountainMen IMHO portray white people in an unfavorable light and therefore, could be construed as racist by some standards.

"some standards" = your standards.
They are far from racist. That's beyond silly.

It seems the left can't agree on what "racism" actually is. Every leftie has a different interpretation and demands you live by each one depending on who is speaking.
I think the word you're looking for isn't "racist", but rather the idea that the show could be construed as "offensive" or a turn off to those who's lifestyles are different. But not racist, unless you think everything offensive must also be racist.
The defense for many is that they can't be racist since they don't control the power structure such as banks and the military, but have no problem saying individual comments are racist in themselves just by being offensive, or being "perceived" as offensive. When I see the left I see multiple rules that bend and shift position depending on who they're being applied to.

Democrats are using "souls to the polls" and giving bus rides. They assume that African Americans can't think for themselves. That is real racism.

A lot of people got in trouble in La for using campaign funds to bus black communities to the polls... Fail, and fail.
