What's more racist? A TV show about a black family that fear their kids are becoming more Caucasian and forgetting they are African American or the joke where a country singer stated the obvious-- most of the vocalists in country are white (save Charlie Pride, Darius Rucker) and most of the fans are white..

If the media deems it racist, chances are it's not.
Neither are racist Black-ish or White-ish. However if country music has any desire to cross over beyond non-white fans, the comment is a little off putting. Kinda of like he was saying "this is our club tonight folks". Hispanic and Black award showd do the same thing too. Doesn't make it right.

That's the thing, I don't think country music is trying that. Charlie Pride in my book was one of the best vocalist during his time and I'm a huge Darius Rucker fan. Have been since Hootie and the Blowfish. I think it was a general comment on the state of that whole industry..

I don't think we'll see Lil Wayne singing Garth Brooks' greatest hits, unless he "samples" them.

Although, you do have a few "country" acts that think they can rap like Jay-Z though.. 03-banghead
Brad Paisley appeared on college game day last Saturday. He shook everyone's hand except the black guy. Interesting

Did the black guy attempt to shake his hand?

Here I'll answer.. No. Everyone extended their hand, he shook. The black guy sat there so Paisley waved.
Oh My F'n Goodness. Racist? Seriously? Liberals and idiots have so distorted the true meaning of racism. It's sad, very sad.

Desmond Howard. 07-coffee3
He's a WVU Mountaineer fan, so "racist" is probably the nicest thing that could be said about him.
No....and people need to get the F over themselves.
No, Paisley's comment was not racist.

BTW, I kind of like that show "Blackish".
In the minds of some everybody is a racist, except them.
..and CNN wonders why Dish and other providers aren't sweating losing them. They can hardly draw 500k viewers on their prime time shows. Just like with the Democrats, America is over their race baiting bullsh*t.

Why wouldn't you want to shake his hand? The guy is a heisman trophy winner.

America will come back in 2016.

Only if the dumber half can be tricked into the next, trendy faux-cause. Racism worked in '08 and '12. Will sexism be the play in '16? If so, will it work?

I can tell you one thing that certainly won't, and that's the left-wing nutjob theory of "You didn't build your business. Businesses and corporations don't create jobs". Killary may want to cut that sh*t out, or she'll quickly begin to see that lead of hers dwindle.
Thinking that people who vote Democrat are dumb is the reason why the gop is so unpopular.

This from the side that expends enormous energy trying to convince everyone how they are the intelligent ones. The liberal schtick is that Republicans are dumb, backwoods, redneck, unscientific/religious, etc, etc., etc.

For what it's worth, in 2008 and 2012, Democrats led the high school dropout vote 65% to 35% in both elections.

The fact the electorate is "dumb" is one of the current Dem excuses for the loss this week.
