Offensive line was horrible today, I don't think doughty is the issue but more that we are running a offense that don't compliment our defense. We will be the underdog in the remaining games this year

I don't pin it all on Doughty, hell 80% of it is on the D (and the majority of that is on the DC Holt).

I was simply stating that the offense collapses in the second half, especially at the end of the game. As soon as Doughty made that God awful pass that should have been picked, I knew that we were gonna screw it up. Doughty is a great QB, but is not a closer. He chokes. On the fumble he held the ball for way too long. He needed to throw it away if no one was open, or shock the world and scramble for a few yards and then slide.

I disagree. WKU's OL was holding up well until late in 4th quarter. It has to all be on WKU's D. 619 yards of total defense? You guys are not stopping anyone! Doughty has to be perfect to win.

No kidding, my point was even FCS McNeese State put up 330+ which is the least Nebraska has given up besides the 200 to the Owls. Bottom line is the WKU defense is bottom 5 in the country. When your offense only has the ball 23 minutes it is hard to win any game.

Hell of a game and a great comeback for FAU. That last hit on the QB was just brutal as was the sun. Even at 86 degrees the stands were roasting.

WKU's defense was 120th in the nation after today looks like 126 is likely. I doubt there is another team in the country that has scored at least 34 points in every game but only has won two games. I just don't see another win on the schedule except maybe Army but they will probably rush for at least 500 yards.

No, I meant we have 5 home games this whole season. So, if we won all games at home and lost all games on the road, we would not be bowl-eligible.

ODU, I hope your offense and QB is ready to have 600 plus yards on offense next Saturday..Really disappointed, most of the goals we had are gone including being bowl eligible..If we saw a bowl we would drop it.....I now begin to wonder if we will win a CUSA game this season...
