USA TODAY had an article. Some British media are talking about it. Obviously it's a major story in Israeli media.

Yes it is. That is why I posted the link to the Israel newspaper.

That is much different than the title of this thread..

Two workers were killed in an explosion that took place at a military explosives factory southeast of Tehran, near the suspected nuclear reactor in Parchin, IRNA, the official Iranian news agency, reported Monday.

I'm not stating that it is at all unlikely that Israel did or would do this, I'm simply trying to point out how quickly certain posters here like to jump to conclusions without nearly enough evidence to support their conclusions.

Like the global warming hypothesis?

I'm pretty sure some posters have better sources than the global warming crowd

That trumps anything involving the US with regard to how Iran feels about ISIS.

Don't forget

Iran = Aryan
ISIS = Semitic

That plays a major role too.

Likewise, HAMAS =~ ISIS (by both the standards of Shia/Sunni and Aryan/Semitic, as well as sharing Muslim Brotherhood origins), yet Iran has been one of HAMAS's benefactors.

If Iran could exploit ISIS to hurt America, it would.

If America could exploit ISIS to hurt Iran, it should.

Neither seems likely. Iran can blame America for creating ISIS out of the CIA or implicitly, it doesn't matter. They will still act against ISIS and try their best to make America look bad in the process.

Is there really any significant doubt that this is an Iranian nuclear weapons facility?

It could be missile warhead R&D

The facility itself seems dedicated to explosives, not nuclear enrichment or anything of the like. So, yeah, that was my assumption.
