Don't worry, NCSUx will be exposed as a fraud soon enough. 04-coffee

I belive this. NC State was lucky as hell to win some of those early games. They're not good.

03-lmfao They've played 2 FBS transition teams, arguably the worst FBS program (USF) and FCS powerhouse Presbyterian.

Like I said, they're not good and it's embarrassing that people on here are touting them as such. It's entirely because the conference has already **** away its small shot at 2 teams in the playoffs and the pitifully ridiculous "ACC IS GOING TO CHALLENGE THE SEC" rhetoric is dead just one month into the season.

More like the ACC is going to challenge the Big Ten for the worst major conference.

There is so much potential with the ACC its not even funny. FSU, Clemson, Miami, Va Tech, NC State, Ga Tech, etc....these programs IMO should always be top 25.

The football gods just threw us a bone to make up for Wide Rights 1 - 3.

Congrats. Keep doing what you are doing as it's obvious once again us between the two of us to carry this conference.

I had my doubts about Lakip ever since he took a leave of absence from the team during his true freshman year. I imagine during this week's practice we'll give true FR Alex Spence a shot. He's the kicker who won the Shrine Bowl for SC last December.

It is way too early to assume that a 1-2 team that's 0-1 in conference is going to carry this conference. Duke has a better chance and VT has easily as good a chance.

RE: Open Thread - Week 4
It's not too early. Clemson is 1-2 because they played @Georgia and @FSU. No one else in the country has played that kind of schedule. In addition, Clemson was in the Georgia game until the 4th quarter when they ran out of gas.....and they should have beaten FSU. Clemson will most likely win the rest of their conference games and I'm picking them to beat SC this year. That puts them at 10-2 and somewhere near the top 10 by seasons end. I don't think anyone else in the conference has that kind of power.

Sorry I never post on the ACC board(until now)

I found it entertaining when a S. Carolina fan commented on the UNC game the other day.

"Man yall orange'd bowled UNC"

Figured it was ok since everyone is giving Clemson Hell
