They won't admit it, but this is completely intentional. Urban Outfitters doesn't normally sell college logo apparel, so this wasn't just a coincidence. Some marketing person thought they were being clever. What's worse is that it already sold out and is on ebay for hundreds of dollars.

Unbelievable. If I were the reps at Kent State I would be filing a lawsuit over that.

Its "vintage", which makes it second hand and free of licensing restrictions. A lot of clothes sold by UE are like this. I was in a UE in the UK a few years ago and they were selling vintage Lands End flannel shirts for £40 that probably cost $30 new.
