417 yards passing and over 500 yards of total offense on a Bud Foster D in Lane Stadium. Yeah, that's getting it done. That is most yards given up by VT at home since 1993! Cam Worthy a former walk-on had 6 catches for 224 yards a 37.3 YPC average and a TD. We held VT under a 100 yards rushing.

How many wins the AAC has against CUSA this year? Oh wait, UH is now a bottom-feeder? Based on the performance of the AAC this year most of that conference is a bunch of bottom-feeders. But yet you ECU posters think you're in the driver seat because of one win against a P-5 team that may or may not be ranked at the end of the season. And by your admission, your conference sucks!

If you think the difference between the AAC and CUSA is that AAC teams would root for other G-5's against P-5's and CUSA Team Fans would not; you are totally wrong. Even as arrogant as most ECU Fans appear to be and as condescending as most of your bloggers on this board and the AAC Board appear to be; I was rooting for the Pirates against Va. Tech and I imagine most of us were pleased with the Upset by ECU.

Anytime a G-5 beats a P-5 it's a Great Moment and helps all G-5 conference schools to some degree in sports fan perception. I don't care if it's San Jose State or Miami of Ohio upsetting a P-5 or Memphis or MT. The real Problem with ECU, Cincy, Tulane, and a bunch of other AAC Posters is the single minded arrogance and state of Denial shown by your Posts.

The AAC will not fail, CUSA will not fail, and the MWC will not fail. If one does, it means they all did. Because whether CUSA or AAC fans admit it, we are one and the same.

The only difference is that some of us paid monies to switch rooms. But we are all still in the same house.

I like this answer. All G-5s need to pull in this together. We are definitely have a bad year conference wise as far as OCC. Curious to see how the season plays out.
