Looking like today's wins will include 2 over MAC teams and 2 over AAC teams. Hard to say CUSA isn't the best with these kinds of results.

You're right only 1 AAC today, but AAC not fairing well against G5 teams losing to BYU and Boise St. this week as well.

Unless something major happens the AAC will finish 3-5 on the week. ECU got an impressive win for them but that was the extent of their weekend

So what is the breakdown of G5 conference H2H, assuming both FAU and UTEP win?

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Two of those games are still under way.

NMSU and UTEP game I understand, but for the love of god if FAU gives up that lead there's some heavy issues somewhere.

I think that would put CUSA at 12-0 against fellow G-5 schools with a UTEP win.

And still undefeated!
P.S> FAU have won and UTEP are up 42-17.

I'm not sure what fans you're talking about ECU doesn't typically play G5's OOC. We also just beat a ranked P5 team, something no other G5 has done if I'm not mistaken.
As far as the best overall conference I have to admit, CUSA is it right now. I don't think there's any question about that. We've got multiple AAC teams that are dumpster fires right now. SMU just canned June Jones, USF still hasn't recovered from the Holtz hire and Tulsa is dealing with a disaster hire right now. That said, Memphis looks like they're a lot better than normal.
At the end of the day only one team will go to the Access Bowl, not an entire conference. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

That's pretty pathetic. How does NOONE get a win? Abilene Christian should have 2 wins again sunbelt teams if ga state hadn't squeaked that one out.

Congratulations to the CUSA brethren on the wins today. Honestly did not expect 4-0 (against G5) today. Really proud to be in this conference.

You just did to VT what they did to Ohio State... beat an overrated team. Don't get me wrong, it's a great win, but IMO VT will be 7-5 at best this season.

Blunderpuss...you had a nice win today. Enjoy it but aside from the scumbelt, The American is the weakest football conference in America.
Edit...Mac has been bad also. After the Scumbelt its probably a tie between the American and Mac.

Go conference! That really doesn't bother me too much as long as ECU takes care of their own. Not sure what else you expect me to say to that. The AAC has some dogs this year but to be fair, Memphis & Tulane looks better than usual. I'm mostly disappointed in USF and Tulsa. They're trash right now.
