Just let that sink in. Most people at SMU have never been alive for an SMU victory over Tech and we played 15x since 1989.

This is an example of Tech Math. Yes, most people haven't been alive since 1989...

Wow, you really went to Cornell? I'm assuming you are cleaning the bathrooms at Cornell after graduating from Coog high.

Does your Palm Harbor home have indoor plumbing?

Yes, I went to Coog High. BS in chemical engineering. UH is ranked in the top 150 IN THE WORLD for chemical engineering. Obtained my masters from Cornell (top 40 in the world). Can you please tell me where Texas Tech ranks in that program? For a technical college, I am sure it ranks somewhere...

Well maybe you can go get a Phd in reading comprehension. You seem to require one.

My reading comprehension skills are fine. Your writing skills need a bit of work. If you meant most SMU students weren't alive the last time the Mustangs beat the Sand Aggies, then you should have typed that instead of whatever it was you meant to communicate.

Now, go throw a tortilla!

It's easy to draw a lot of fans if your are winning a lot of games. It's ain't so easy to draw fans when you are losing games.

Tennessee had their first sellout in six years on Sunday.

In fairness to Tennessee they have a 102K seat stadium and even during a down period they are putting 90K butts in the seats.

Picture from June. Sure feels good don't it.

KK has done wonders for the Tech program. We will see if he can actually win going forward. Outside of the bowl win he hasn't beaten a team with a winning record.

Off topic, but I don't recall ever seeing that pic in your signature. That's a mid 80's all metro team. Great pic!

I'd like to think the Texas Tech crowd for not hiring Ruff 04-cheers

As far as bragging about selling out, it's still pretty sad they play in a 60k seat stadium in a football crazy state like Texas, playing teams like Texas and Oklahoma every year. You should sell out under those circumstances.

We've sold out our 50k seat stadium since Ruffs been here with a CUSA schedule and averaged between 5 and 6k of what you draw even half the time. Weak.

Yep, UCF fans are just bullish because of last year. Just wait until they go 8-4 this year and get zilch in national media attention. Our points will then become clearer to them.

This UCF fan is not happy with the direction of college football at all. Everything points to college football becoming the NFL jr. The focus on playoffs rather than conference championships. The importance of determining a national champion instead of playing an beating rivals. The "nationalization" of college football will destroy what made it so special which were the regional rivalries and "flair" if you will of different programs. What we are headed for is the vanilla structure of the NFL. When this happens I probably won't care as much about UCF football as I do now.

That's because there isn't much to do in Louisville. Your entire city revolves around a college and a horse race that happens once a year.

As much as I think many UL fans are arrogant, I have to stick up for the City of Louisville. It is a pretty nice place to be. Plenty to do besides UL football. UL has done a great job promoting the games to their students and over time this has really paid benefits. They have created an atmosphere of excitement.

That said, UCF has "the Belt" against UL, at least until we play again.

Question: is it coincidence that every Texas Tech fan I've ever seen in this forum is a total dbag? Like, EVERY ONE has been a tool. So coincidence or are all sand aggie fans dbags? Interesting indeed...

Here's the secret... There's like ONE TexasTech "fan." Several names, ONE guy.

Ignore the little man behind the curtain.

As a fan of an old member of the American Conference, I was happy with these teams as members:

Connecticut
Temple
Louisville
Cincinnati
Memphis
Navy football only
East Carolina
Central Florida
South Florida
Houston

Now if Louisville had remained in the AAC, these would have been my other additions:

Army Football only
Old Dominion

My Divisions:

Northern
Connecticut
Army Football only
Temple
Cincinnati
Navy football only
Old Dominion

Southern
Louisville
Memphis
East Carolina
Central Florida
South Florida
Houston
