You can't get arrested unless you break a law. The new "rules" put the flight crew in charge of a lot of things and they can decide to divert to drop off "unruly" passengers, even if they've broken no laws.

Causing a disturbance on a plane is a crime. So is lying about one.

I don't think so. Do you have a statute number?
