Thank you, Mr Easterwood for clearing the air. As long as he didn't become obese, I figured he would have time between now and the start of the season to get into better condition.

Problem is that is really difficult to GET into shape during the season. Most conditioning takes place in the summer and the season is based on maintenance. After classes, practice and game day it's hard to fund additional time to do additional work.
