Somebody on the radio said this potential Vandy trasnfer is WAY out of shape
I think I heard it yesterday. Not just out of BB shape, but out of shape period.

How far out of shape can a 21-22 year old athlete be? At that age 4-6 weeks all it takes to get all the way back.

We are going to need a spurt right around January from him......In the mean time, he is encouraging from the bench and teaching our inexperienced guards to acclim8 themselves to the D1 level....perfect scenario.....as he is also giving em Heck in practice......Anyway you look @ this, he makes us better.

The reason this kid was suspended by Vandy is just plain ridiculous. I was shocked when I found out why they suspended him. I'd be willing to bet there are less than 10 schools in D1 that would have suspended him. Vandy is the only school in the SEC that would have even thought about it.

Well..part of it's an endurance thing....right? He probably wasn't doing anything that kept his game endurance up. That comes back quickly enough. Coach E and staff got Hawkins in shape pretty fast.
