Last season with Chris at the 3 King could only get minutes at the 4. So now you’re saying word is he can’t cut it at the 3? Other than Austin, King got more PT than any of the newcomers and if he can only play the 4/5 this means he won’t start.

This is why I usually wait until mid-December to get an idea of the starting lineup and rotation. Other than Shaq & Austin the other three key starters remain unknown & unproven.

Well reasoned. Burrell could start at the 3. Or Hawkins, conceivably.

King is a very important piece this year. He's committed to better D according to those who watch practices.

With the level of talent this year, hopefully defense is how minutes will be distributed

No argument there, and I'm a big fan of his this year---and last. But, it appears he has some defensive short comings at the small forward position.

I applaud his commitment and effort, and wish the best for him and the Tigers.
