Look, UofM, I'm not disputing that schools because of Left Wing, atheist stupidity have or are trying to take God out of our institutions of learning. I also agree that in some districts LGBT crap is ok in its place. But, we do know that in El Paso there is a more conservative approach in its districts. Unfortunately, there are cases where the Lefties will rule.

I really don't think you and I are disagreeing. Where I live there is a more conservative approach as well. The problem is that it is practically impossible to fire a teacher. And some districts, in order to save money, will simply allow a teacher to resign and agree to keep quiet, which allows those teachers to end up somewhere else where the community has no idea of their past.

It's not just teachers, but union employees in general. When I worked for a trucking firm in a non-union state, we had a policy of not hiring any driver who had an accident on their record. Before we hired a driver, the current employer had to send us their prior accident record, and they were required by law to do so. There was one driver who worked for a trucking firm that was unionized. The trucking firm could not fire this guy, even though he had cost them money by causing two substantial accidents. When we asked for his drivign record, the other company said he was accident free, because they knew he would not get hired if they reported the accidents, and they saw it as their way to get rid of this driver. Of course, we hired him, and he ended up causing a fatal accident. Once the NTSB started the investigation, we found out about his previous accidents.

Case in point, if a company can not fire an employee, bad things happen. When it involves our kids, its really bad.
