It isn't cracking down on what you want, but it is cracking down on the amount of victims of body or property damage who are SOL because these types of people are for sure uninsured. It should go without saying that they haven't taken a driver's test.

Reading father on this issue, the law has almost nothing to do with immigration. It's a public safety issue.

As somebody who lives in CO and has already been a victim of a drunk illegal alien crashing through my fence and hitting one of my trees, I have seen and experienced what to some of you is just hypothetical.

We were not told of our dem legislature's passing of this new policy. It was sprung on us this week by the media just as they started to give out the driver's licenses.

We'll see how this plays out. Lots of folks not happy about it. Camel's nose is now under the tent.

That's what Colorado has said. To get a license, a drivers test must be taken and proof of insurance must be shown. That hasn't changed.

I also didn't say that it wasn't about immigration, just pretty little. A state can't make its own laws regarding immigration can it?
