Dear calvin12,
You misunderstood Eagle King. He was talking about his first sentence about you, not the latter. In case you missed it sarcasm was involved.

Right. We should just have predictions every year and those will determine the champion. The games are no longer necessary. Man more intelligence flowing out of you. Go troll some other teams threads.

He just needs someone to pick on after the holier-than-thou Huskies weren't picked to win the MAC West. His feelings are hurt understandably.

uhh no, I don't care about predictions, I'll wait and see what actually happens. I was referring the the hilarity of the predictions for EMU on this board. You are where we were in the 90's. We, happily, don't have UM next door making us irrelevant and were about to get pretty good (not saying great at all, this is still the MAC).

Dear calvin12,
Get pretty good? You had your best team a couple of years ago. It may not be apparent to you and the other Huskie followers, but you are about to become average. U-M has nothing to do with making Eastern irrelevant. Winning will solve most, if not all of the problems we are faced with. You and most of the rest of your ilk are just worried that Eastern just may be the team to get going and ruin your plans for staying on top.

Hi guys. I am also a NIU guy and I just stopped by to post on your new deputy AD. I actually like the idea of the new grey turf. It's called "branding" and I think it has created a lot of buzz. It should be a great talking point going forward in your recruiting. Best of luck in your rebuild. I hope it does not take as long as ours did!

Ken, I think he was saying they were about to get pretty good in the 90's, and we are where they were before they got pretty good, not that they are about to get pretty good now (as they clearly have been the last few years)

we got pretty good after the horror of the 90's. Like I said we were never great, we were MAC great, but the pretty good was referring to all of football level. On the national level we never, and likely never will be more than pretty good. That comes with being in the MAC.

Thanks for 'splaining your incoherent justification of a pointless post; you are a credit to your fanbase, alma mater, and humanity. Godspeed, friend.

Way to flame your own conference and your own teams accomplishments. Stick to burgers on the grill if you want to flame something.

I call it like it is. I'm not deluded into thinking that being the tallest midget is an NBA prospect. The MAC is not a top conference, anyone who thinks it is is crazy. Its good football, the games are fun, the top teams are clearly a step below the top teams of the majors.

Any what did any of that have to do with this thread, or EMU? Nothing, again go Troll somewhere else.
