A startling 38 percent of all children 5 and under in the United States were welfare recipients in 2011, according to the report.

Our counterbalancing strategy was to lower the amount of income by a few percentage points. That is what Romney talked about. Twitter was immediately flooded with death threats towards him after that.

It definitely won't happen under this administration, but more and more and more and more are lunging towards the government tit under obama. That's why it'll happen under the next administration. Either we'll be taxed so much that we all go on strike to fight it, or there won't be enough to hand out. It's almost inevitable at this point. And if I'm reading right, these stats are still from three years ago, so it's grown even higher.

Even if the next Republican administration never shuts off the "Spigot", They will be accused of it and be shown on every nightly news channel. That's the Ugly way the Democrats roll.
