Good bye Louisville!
Today is the last day for the Cards in the American. I am sad to see our last rival leave us behind. The last few football and basketball games have been amazing. Unfortunately you got us on our home field/floor in dramatic fashion!!!
I hope some day soon we'll appear on each others schedules.
Best of luck to my friends from Louisville in the ACC! Don't be strangers, please stop by on is board (just avoid the C-USA call up fans).
Take Care!!!!!

For certain these two were never in C-USA. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

RE: Good bye Louisville!
Thanks you...it been one hellva ride...now the torch will be past from Louisville and Rutgers to East Carolina, Tulane and Tulsa at Midnight...1 July 2014....in less than 2 Hours...20123-2014 UCF won the Fiesta Bowl over the Big XII Champion, UConn win both the Men's and Women's Basketball National Championship...one hellva start for the American.
In 2 Hours we are "Officially Done"...I would hope my fellow Cardinals fans will post mainly with our new Home at the ACC Board-(unless we have a game coming up with a AAC School).
Now do what I know you will do...Win and get complete separation from the other G5 Leagues and for each individual school do your best to improve all around...Good Luck and see you guys down the road and will always be a fan of the league that has done a lot for Louisville....

The founding members of the SEC and ACC were Southern Conference call ups. It's all history.

He's not lying. Those fans in that little bandbox arena were pathetic. Trying to be too much like Duke....

I'm sorry but all of you cincy 2nd stringers who think you just lost something irreplaceable get a grip. Let them go. Congrats to u of l. When you all left memphis for dead in cusa where was all this nostalgia? Guess what we did? Kept moving and working to catch up.let that be your goal because I promise you that it's all on your now. To be honest memphis was their biggest rival until that split anyway. You younguns may not get that yet though. Lol

RE: Good bye Louisville!
Thanks for Great memories, A Fantastic First Year for the AAC. UCF Had the Big 12 Champion pinned to the wall in BCS, UConn Beat Kentucky in NCAA Championship, Sent 2 Schools to CWS in Houston and Louisville, Sent 2 Womens teams to the Final Four and Took NCAA Championship. Never been done before , might not ever be done again. Well See You Guys around, Still a fan. Good luck ECU ,Tulane and Tulsa. You've got Your work cut out for You.
