Yes, that's what this thread is about. If you want to focus on the current occupant then there are 50+ other threads in this room. 07-coffee3

When W left office Iraq was not perfect but was on the right track after the surge and in much better shape than it is under the current President.
I had no problem going into Iraq. The everyday people were ecstatic that Hussein was gone and the infrastructure we supplied. The world is a better place with Sadaam gone. It isn't W's fault that Obama was not equipped to finish up Iraq.

said it many times.....dubya was the worst and as much I dislike what o-loser has done, he inherited something he was ill equipped to handle....

every vote matters......right?

the founding fathers new this was going to end up being a cf....

it's why, "in god we trust" was nothing more than systematic control....

that can only last so long
Yes he inherited some bad stuff, however, he hasn't done much to improve it and the next person in office will inherit that and Obama's constant failures.

XACLY! the staircase only goes downward in a spiral twist of fate....
Every administration inherits something from the previous.

I'm waiting on someone to say Obamacare was Bush's fault next. The rollout was Bush's fault and the skewed numbers are Cheney's fault.

that is correct......never understood amendment 22 ....it's not like this country is a monarchy

it's actually bassackwards.....it's the house and senate that need term limits

regardless, I'm still moving to costa rica in roughly 15 yrs....hell, by that time, that place will be fuxxored too....

Any office that you're elected into deserves term limits. Congress folk become too complacent.

I do agree with you on Iraq that it was horrible and will be a stain on W's legacy forever, but don't get how the Dems that supported it get a pass.

I agree, they shouldn't get a pass. Very few on either side had the guts to disagree with the decision, for fear of being considered unpatriotic, I suppose.

The problem is there was NO way to finish up Iraq. Which was one of the problems of going in there in the first place. Same thing with Afghanistan but even worse, though we had little choice about going in there.

This is a disturbing trend which I believe will only get worse. There has always been a lot of "fat" in American employment. .ie middle men, travelling sales reps, retail stores, etc. The recession has forced every company to streamline and make hard decisions about what they really need. People want goods & services for as cheap as possible. In order to provide that, the fatty overhead must be cut. This means millions of good jobs.

I blame george washington for all of this. he allowed the factions to form that ultimately turned into the political parties, and that is the original cause of all of this. every bit of it.

the evil bastard.

it's all bill clinton's fault. if he was doing his job, instead of cramming his dork into moni*cough*lca's mouth, he would have killed bin laden in 1996, and 9/11 would have never happened.

problem prevented.

I blame Rockefeller. If he hadn't turned oil into such a cheap energy source we wouldn't be reliant on it and we would not be in the middle east trying to protect the supply and then Al Qaeda wouldn't have attacked us. It's all his fault.

After Lord Stanley's post the other day about how the spin room has changed I've really thought about what can I do to make it a little better. Do the personal attacks help your anger? If they help you personally in coping with your daily struggles. Go right at it Maxi. I'm not your enemy.

but............

Do you think they help the dialogue in the spin room?

Ask not what the spin room (or Machiavelli in this instance) can do for you but what you can do for the spin room.

It's bigger than both of us Maxi..............

How many posters do you have a problem with from ESPN?
