This game is scheduled to start at 6pm which is much worse than if it would have been a 12pm kickoff. This means there will be more drunken idiots than what you see at a noon affiar.
I would recommend to anyone who go to keep you head down low and be the bigger person by not responding to the douche-baggery you will encounter. You will hear all kinds of insults about UC's athletic history, they will say MAC schools are better than UC, they will mock UC's academics and call us a junior college, they will tell us we play in C-USA 2.0, they will comment that the City of Cincinnati is an Ohio State town, they will even say the City of CIncinnati is actually in Kentucky, they will state that we should not even be on the same field as the Buckeyes, etc. etc.
Like I said, let's just keep it classy and be the bigger, better person.
I've been to several games in Columbus, including one in against UC, just after we beat #8 Wisconsin. I don't recall any bad behavior at any of the games. UC was a different program then, so it may be different now.
I did spend a game at Hineygate, and one thing is clear: Excessive alcohol is a major component of the O$U game experience. Mix alcohol abuse with the religious status Buckeye football has in Columbus, it can easily turn into an ugly experience.

I am going. My cousin is an Ohio State season ticket holder and I am buying his tickets. They aren't very good seats, all the way up in C deck, so I may try and upgrade some.
I was at the last UC game in Columbus and didn't have any problems outside of a few people talking some smack. Honestly, it was no worse than the UConn fans who ran their mouth's in the parking lot of the Rent when I went to a game there.

At least they got one thing right.
GASP! THE REVELATION JUST HIT ME! How could I have been so blind! I'm afraid I might forget again, please remind of this at any given opportunity.
