- Alternate between talking about how some teams here should be in a P5 league to talking about how all the teams here are worthless or they would be in a P5 conference already
- Complain about all schools starting with the letter "T" and question why they got an invite
- State that if Cincy and UConn want out to a P5 conference, they should leave now and not let the door hit them in the *ss
- Pretend that UConn has never had any success at football and bash UConn football endlessly
- State that UMass football is a sleeping giant that would make a fine addition to the conference

You forgot perhaps the most important "bullet point":
-Always make the argument that it's not the "P5" but really the "P6," with the American being the 6th conference. And when everyone else says "P5" they are, in fact, the crazy ones and that the real wisdom rests purely in the minds on these hallowed pages.

Very true.

Also Aresco is a genius and he is doing a great job appearing on some Business channel that you didn't even know you had.

Left off Louisville fans -- there are still a few that pop in but most here keep telling them goodbye and don't let the door them on the way out. However I think most Louisville fans do wish the conference well. We remember being in the original CUSA and how it was a much better conference than it was ever given credit for being. I think the same applies here -- keep winning though and they will have to take notice like they eventually did back then. Multiple top ranked teams is hard to ignore -- multiple bowl wins and NCAA tourney bids and wins are hard to bash.

1. Know the facts of your argument(FCS Games don't count towards SOS for FBS)
2. Do not start threads with articles that have been discussed in previous threads (USA Today scheduling issues)

Until Navy gets here, all but 2 of us (our universities) are CUSA guys so you'll know how cool or uncool all of us are.

It's a lot of the same smiling faces. :)

Will you be posting your car show pics when this summer's show season starts? They were something that I always looked forward to. They were always appreciated.

....and welcome.

Welcome to the AAC. Most of the guys are cool. We have a few Butt Heads that should be banded, but in general it is an excellent sports talk board.

Just don't question Cinci's dominance, do bash Tulane occasionally, and sacrifice 7 goats to the AAC Gods, and you're golden.

Post 6, 000 and I challenge you to a sig bet bearcat. I bet Tulanes conference record is better than Cincis. Loser has to have a pro opposing school (cinci or tulane) sig for all bowl season.

I agree 100% with the bolded comments.

While I don't agree with some of the folks you refer to as "butt heads" with their "our world is crashing before our eyes" view of our conference; I don't think that there's been a reason to ban anyone over it.

It's annoying as heck at times, but I couldn't recommend banning anyone who doesn't have the ability to see positives....or just refuses to acknowledge positives to get a stir among the smart folks here. :)

So let me get this straight...you are betting that Tulane ends up with a better conference record that UC in football. Loser has to have the other team's logo in his sig for the duration of bowl season?

If correct, I take that bet. The winner gets to hand pick his teams sig for the loser to display too.

deal
