I recall as a young man being taught in Sunday school that your body belongs to God and therefore sacred and should not disfigured with such things as tattoos. So I don't get the "religious" tattoo. At all. To each his own.

You must be ridiculed for your radical religious beliefs, and veiled references to religious terrorism must be attached to your intentions.

I don't have any tattoos or piercings, but my professor was talking about people appearances and looking the part, and she asked me, would I let a man, with a bunch of tattoos perform surgery on me. I said yes, as his name and credentials matches, the man name on the wall, I don't care what he looks like. My dentist could have grill and I wouldn't care, if he wants to mess up his mouth, that's fine as he doesn't mess up mine, we are fine.

if you're worried about someone's hair, then you're worrying about the wrong things

I'll enter the fray, yet, this is not to influence anyone negatively or positively. This is just my beliefs. I am spiritual but I am not religious. I feel my body is the temple of my soul and in that, I respect my body in the same way I would not commission someone to come into my home and write on the walls. Frankly... people have the right to do as they please. I, concentrating on me, chose a different path. I am not special just thankful and appreciative.

This.

Of course they do. That wasn't the question. The question was, was it hideous? I say yes. YMMV

It's not the hair but the judgment used that thinks the "hair" or tattoos is a good idea.

However, speaking of hair, I got a haircut several weeks ago at one of those places where you go in and sign your name and then the next available "stylist" calls you name and cuts your hair.

That person was a young man who I am sure is gay due to his mannerisms, numerous piercings and high pitched voice. He also had numerous tattoos on his arms, hands, neck and behind his ear. He did however did have nicely styled hair and gave a great haircut.

I will go back and let him cut my hair again.

Eh...I disagree with the Dental Comment...

Unless I have additional Info:

If you have bad teeth you cant work on mine
If you have a bad haircut you cant cut mine
If you are fat and out of shape you cant be my personal trainer.
