Yeah I had not read how much more in depth this law goes when I posted that. My question is what kind of BS are they trying to distract from with this feel good legislation. Don't get me wrong I love it I think it was needed.

Georgia is seriously giving Arizona a run for their money when it comes to having the dumbest state legislators in the US.

I'm a pretty strong gun rights person, but this is ridiculous. I can't imagine how anyone thinks this is a good idea.

You can bring a gun with you into any bar in Tennessee since 2010 with a CCW. It is owners discretion just like in GA. Being a permit holder in that state I never felt the propensity to carry at the bar niether did any of my redneck friends. Criminals break the law CCW holders abide by them the statistics prove it.
