The Monarchs being picked 5th in the East is reasonable and should not be a surprise or offend Monarch fans, but I am sure there are more than a few of us who also will not be surprised if ODU exceeds those expectations. Mark your calendars for October 4th for the Marshall game. We could be in for one heck of a shootout with Heinicke and Cato.

Pointing to his team at the bottom of a list of CUSA members, Coach Wilder said, ODU must earn its' way to the top.

Hopefully someone predicts ODU to finish last. This team needs to be motivated not complacent.
