Can the Flashes make it to Cleveland on Wednesday?

i have a feeling it will be a lot like last Tuesday.......never seem to be able to bounce back from a difficult game.

Just remind her the fact she knows Miami has a basketball team separates her from the majority of MU alumni.

As for the game, a major key for Kent State will be slowing down Felder. He has put up 49 points in two games against KSU on some pretty impressive FG numbers and has gotten to line quite a bit as well.

In Miami's win at Kent, the Redhawks shot 7-11 from three point range and 14-17 from the line, while the Flashes were 5-20 from three. I guess when the 8 and 9 seeds get together, hot shooting could be all the difference. That and "bringing your defense on the road" should decide it.

I really hope that KSU gets up for this game and wins @ Miami. It pains me to see teams just give up/give in when times are tough.

Key to the game: Don't come out on snooze control like we did Tuesday.

How about more minutes for guys that have high percentage shooting and less minutes for those that throw the bricks.......... like 1 for 12....

I wouldn't expect any surprises when it comes to playing time. For better or worse, guys are going to get their minutes. Also don't be surprised if Goodson has a big offensive game vs. Miami. I think he matches up pretty well against what the Redhawks offer in the post.

OK... Well... I may handcuff myself so I don't throw the computer screen across the room tomorrow night....

I will suggest simply sitting back, tuning in to Ty Linder and Dave Carducci, ordering a Hungry Howies flavor crust pizza and enjoying the game.

We are going to win tonight. I just feel like the guys will play hard like they did at OU and versus Akron. That will be enough to at least squeak by.

Well dannyb73, that would certainly make my week. At least one trip to Flannery's and the "Q" could cure the winter storm blues.
