I think you mean 3 years ago for the CUSA tourney and you were the 8 seed but semantics. The truth of the matter is beating Mike Davis in a tourney is so easy I'm sure a high school could do it. That guy was 1-6 in CUSA tourney games. That being said, there has only been 1 time in the last decade where you guys have made it farther in the CUSA tourney than us which was the year we bombed it after beating ECU by 30 points three nights prior.

You call the preseason NIT the NIT like they are the same tournament. In the preseason NIT you beat Norfolk State. It isn't like you beat a top tier team to make it to the quarter finals. Making it to the top 8 of a 16 team tournament is not something to brag about.

Ultimately PirateMarv and StillJonesing just think way too highly of the achievements of Jeff Lebo. What he's done at ECU would not be acceptable by the standards I keep of my school, which dumbfounds me that you guys are on here bragging about them.

Have a nice day, but please refrain from posting your horribly slanted half truths about ECU basketball like you guys are world beaters. Take that bull crap to the Louisville and Memphis fans I think they'd enjoy it more than we do over here.

You did not mention Lebo or anything of the last 3 seasons.

at the time of that post we were a top 100 RPI team that wasn't going to get the top 100 wins in conference that we want to get. We obviously fell apart during conference play for once reason or another. I wasn't just posting for UAB's sake but every CUSA team that had a top 100 RPI which was I think USM and UAB at that point. Tulsa wasn't winning the games OOC they needed to and were sitting at RPI 150+ and ECU's RPI was as expected... garbage.


It wasn't just asluT or ECU that I was talking about but every CUSA team with an RPI 150+.

Several hundred fans in Memorial Gym for a 1:30 women's game. I have seen USM and Marshall fans as well.

Glad the conference tournament is starting today, should be fun to watch.

MTSU fans spotted at Chicos Tacos. Good for them exploring the city. There is not a Chicos near UTEP.

UNT vs Rice Men in The Don. About 1200 people in the stands for a 3:30 game. Not bad at all. UNT brought their cheerleaders and pep band so I'm rooting for them.
