I see they have their parking lot on 6th Ave. Is this a small lot (a dozen or so cars) or is it substantial (dozens of cars)?

small. after five there is usually parking available on the street as everyone has gone home from work.

Can't make it, I'll be stuck at work. Sigh.

Maybe for me.
