There are probably 10-15 user names in this thread who didn't make a single post in the Louisville thread after we won, if at all.

And if you can't recognize the type of game UConn played tonight, then you don't know what you're talking about. The last 5 minutes plus, they were 7-7 from the field, with us all over them, and 6-6 from the line.

Some of you guys need to find another team to root for, or wait a day before posting.

Andy, they showed a graphic earlier in the game where they had 11 misses and got 9 offensive rebounds from those 11 misses. Since we're cherry picking stats, lets cherry pick that one for a moment.

Pastner and his asinine 3 and 4 guard rotation doesn't work. We can't rebound. We got murdered inside and our 4 guards couldn't guard their 2 guards.

We need some forwards on this team. We've got two great ones sitting on the bench going nowhere. Their freshman play. Ours sit on the frikking bench. Its a joke.

Watching on TV it looked like Manhattan vs the suburbs with all the height they had.

Chi, as I just said above, I'm not talking about you or other regular posters. I'm ONLY talking about all the extra names that show up to blast the team ONLY when we lose, and NEVER any other time. I have no issue with you complaining, or anybody else who bothers to be a regular. I just dislike that specific practice.

Andy, we all know exactly who you're talking about. It seems they want Josh to fail so badly, that they actually root for us to lose. Really sad and pathetic. And Joe1, before you get defensive and start babbling, I was not talking about you.

Excellent posts. I know I get too emotional at times but I really do want to see some changes to the way this team is structured. I can't for the life of me understand why we aren't getting our young guys more minutes. They've got to get on the court more so they can develop. Too much talent to go to waste.

I totally get what you're saying, but if we did play our young guys with the game on the line like last night and lost, Josh would have been blamed for playing inexperienced players. With the posters Andy is talking about there is only lose/lose....there is no winning for JP no matter what he does.

Tanya, its not about Josh, or you or me or negative posters. Its about Memphis basketball. Josh has to steer the ship in the right direction to get our team to the final destination. A championship. If Josh coaches in fear, and chooses the path of least resistance, he will only go so far. His job is to get us to the finish line in April. Not through the end of this week.

Great coaches coach for one thing and one thing only. A championship. We may never get there, but if you want to be a great team, a championship should be the one and only objective.
