That's twice someone in this thread has said Orgeron coached at UAB. Did I miss that era.

Maybe they're confusing Orgeron with Oregon (Coach Neal)???

Recruiting will never improve, regardless of who is chosen. Neither will attendance or fan base. For as long as UAB plays at Legionless field, UAB Football will keep on suffering.

That would help tremendously, but winning will help (at least somewhat). Look what happened to attendance this past season, once we started stinking it up. The Rice and USM games were sparsely attended (people missed out on a good game vs Rice though!).
