Yep. I don't recall seeing any grins in the Cincy game.
Funny thing about those two games.
With 5 minutes left in the Cincy game Memphis trailed by 7.
With 5 minutes left in the Louisville game Memphis trailed by 6.
In the Cincy game, they then scored more and we could not make a shot and the final got blown up.
In the Louisville game they stopped scoring and we scored on nearly every possession and we won.
In other words, the Cincy game was gettable and the Louisville game was lose-able. It FELT like more though in the Cincy game, because the home crowd was restless and nervous while the players seemed to actually feed off the road crowd in Louisville (I am not blaming the crowd- just commenting on the atmosphere).
The Louisville crowd got real dour when they still had the lead. When Geron cut it to one on the dunk off Joe's pass, the Louisville crowd sounded beaten, and they still held a one point lead.
Memphis makes a 3 or and one when down the 7 to Cincy and the crowd energy gets back up.
