One of the entrances (northeast?) had a ramp down to the concourses that was littered with seats that folks had left propped up on the fences. I retrieved ours after the game with not much trouble.

Thanks, that's about what I thought (around 40). Temps in WVa were around 30-32 FWIW.

As I drove up, the outside temp gauge in my car was at 37. It read 40 leaving the stadium.

With the wind it was a lot colder than that, IMO. Standing made it more bearable.

Wind chill is 29 for the statistics texd gave.

Which doesn't even account for the moisture effect. Having spent some time in colder climes, I can assure you the 87% humidity on the day made things seems colder, even in still wind.
