CSN Holiday WAN Party
Is anybody interested in a WAN Party (read: gaming party) with fellow board members around the Xmas holiday? The avenues would be Steam, Playstation, and/or XBox. Ideally we could do something on each platform. If you have Steam btw, don't forget to join our group: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/csnbbs

For Steam ... I imagine something free to play so we could get even non-gamers like way back when we played Enemy Territory on the CSN server. So, something like Team Fortress 2. For PS/XB ... probably something really common and a bit older. Battlefield 3? Battlefield: Bad Company 2? Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2?

Post up with your platform and thoughts on a game.

Platform/Player/Game Listing:

Team Fortress 2 or Gotham City Imposters would both be fun free-to-play games.
For non-free games, any of the Half-Life 2 derivative games like Counterstrike Source, Garry's Mod, etc would be fun.

WiiU has online games, but sadly, my current collection has none of them.

I know the Killzone 3 (PS3) multiplayer was a free download a while back that let you play until level 15 (~3 hours) not sure if that' still around. Also have the uncharted series

Always up for TF2. Also have Left 4 Dead 2 and a bunch of random steam games

Have Halo 3, Halo:Reach, Modern Warfare 2, and a bunch of racing games (multiple Forzas, 3 Need for Speeds, Burnout Paradise) on 360 .

PS3
I know you said something a bit older but I've been obsessed with Grand Theft Auto V lately. Would love to do something with it, street racing or team deathmatches could be fun. Or maybe even 9 holes of golf and some tennis in the GTA V world, I've never been able to do those in online mode because I can't ever find anyone to play against.

Don't know who would be down but IF you own a WiiU the WiiSports Bowling (with the Motion+ control) can be played online if you download the unlimited game for $10. I plan to get this tonight.

I also have Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing.

However, if anyone plays Wii online, I have games for that too!

DS and 3DS as well, and have some communities with chats if you are down.

I hope we will. I would love to do some GTA V on the PS3. If not I do have Modern Warfare 2 as well but I suck at it.

So far it is looking like TF2 on Steam ... but PS3/XBox don't have more than 2 or 3 people on the same game yet. I'd recommend the PS3/XBox people give Steam (free) a try and Team Fortress 2 (also free) on Steam a try.
