TLL will put up bigger numbers this year because there will be more focus on Brown. TLL's speed makes up for his lack of size because he can cover more ground. QBs love guys like TLL.

I actually think this seasons offense will resemble the Chandler Harnish era more. The ball will get spread around more than it did with Lynch.

Yeah but a lot of his catches were toss ups, and jumping higher than the other guy and coming down with it then running to the endzone, while the cb fell on the ground..

bowling green dbs
Ward 5'10"
Truss 5'10"(graduated)
Gates 5'11"

that's 6" not including longer arm span..you could play toss up all day long.. as long as the qb can put the ball inbounds.

I agree and think it will be hard for teams to stop us(BG and Utah St just did what FSU did, made Lynch throw to beat them)..

I think maybe even less qb running than Harnish.

Da'Ron caught 46 passes last year. He did not have 47 drops.

Our passing offense went to hell after he got hurt, too.

This beautiful pdf is the best way I could explain it LOL. Yes, you could always throw it up to Brescacin, and if it is a good throw, he will probably catch it, but which target of the two attached would you rather throw to more regularly?

Option 1: Tall WR w/out separation vs. a short DB

Option 2: A somewhat shorter WR with separation vs. same sized DB

All we had at that point from a WR perspective was TL, and he was playing hurt at the end of the year too, Canada, and whatever guys like Beebe and Brinlee could do, which was next to nothing pretty much.
