If you look at the WR's on the roster, the loss of Sebastiano will not be a big loss. He was a nice punt returner, but we have a lot of speedsters to replace him.

Out of boredom I was just looking at the spring roster and noticed something strange. Why are Huff and Spencer listed as RB and the rest are listed as TB?

Someone else posted in another thread that Holder and Spencer were not drafted for the Huskie Bowl. Can anyone confirm their status in the program?

Holder is hurt, not sure about Spencer. It wouldn't surprise me if he didn't get a scholarship after last year and he left the program because of it, but that's purely speculation on my part.

That makes sense. We have so many solid RB's on the roster that Spencer was expendable. He probably wasn't going to get any playing time.

Spencer played good last year but we have a lot of runningbacks this year. It is a numbers game and with at least 6 runningbacks ahead of him, can't offer another scholarship.

Remember, that is just speculation. He is on the roster, so he could still be with the team and just not playing in the Huskie Bowl.

there hasnt been a tweet from his account since early jan, but he did just post this video on insagram last week on highlights from practice this spring so i think hes still on the team from everything ive seen

Looking up per NIU Athletics said that the last two picks were Brian Canoy and Mike Cotton...this account is defiantly not Canoy's but Cotton has a different account also.
