Men's 2014 Basketball Recruit Kurt Hall Update
Illinois Prep Bulls-eye is reporting that North Chicago High School, 6-6 Power Forward, Kurt Hall who visited Toledo this past weekend is currently favoring the Rockets. Their critique on Hall is that he is both highly athletic & physical, and that he has a solid mid range game. In a 2013 Illinois 3A Supersectional Tournament Game this past March against highly regarded Orr High School Front Court players, Tyquone Greer and Marlon Jones, Hall held his own by scoring 17 points and grabbing 12 rebounds.

My only concern is that quite a few recruiting sites list him at 6-4. Although some list him at 6-6, still not very big for a PF. This has been a tough recruiting season for the men losing so many players to other mid majors including most of the bigs we were after. Still time though. I thought the new assistants might be able to pick off some borderline B10 players, but that hasn't happened. Yet.

You can win in the MAC with a great 6'4" power forward Antonio Gates Comes to mind.

True. But it's nice to get those 6-9 kids.
