Louisiana Tech? Western Kentucky?

Delaware would be the next best add as they have both the market and the fan base (they aren't interested), but does it really matter either way if we add JMU, Texas State, Arkansas State, or the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind? Do you really think any of them bring any value? I vote no expansion or replacements, but at least JMU is 3 hours away.

Georgia State has no fan base or success on the field at any level. I'd rather add Liberty.

Agree with Delaware, but their administration seem a bit out of touch. If there is an opening in the east, they would "bring the full package."

Mainly because one particular poster (jmu@uva) was his usual douchebag self and thereby turned the intensity up on that discussion. I don't think that thread did anything to engender feelings of good will toward their cause, nor did it cast them in a positive light.

We had a solid hour of vitriol pumping in that thread. If that's what JMU brings to the conference, I don't think we need them. We've got enough of that already.

From my memory, Harry has a good handle on CUSA realignment/expansion. If he says there's nothing it's probably true.
