I believe our defense will step up. Purdue is going to be ready for Lynch. If our O line comes up big and Stingily/other backs come through, we win.

This is the most confident I have been going into a game against a Big Ten school. Since Purdue's offense is atrocious, I think NIU's defense will look alot better than they actually are.

I predict 55-24, NIU. NIU has more than 100 less yards, but turnovers and special teams helps them not only win, but win very solidly. Their D ends up as a big Question Mark, as it's improvement isn't anything to be happy about (giving up over 500 yards). However, they help solidly put the MAC on the map.
