We had the same deal when we played Wisconsin in 2011. It was maybe a little closer at half but didn't get any less ugly in the 2nd half.

Problem is, you get so outweighed by those huge lineman that your offense doesn't work and your defense can't do the job either.

Yeah I still have nightmares of back to back games of 63-14 and 63-21 scores against Minnesota and Kansas back in 2004 or 2003. It was a sickening feeling that I'll never forget.

Everytime I put this game back on, I just can't stand watching as it's just too painful. It's not just Bridgewater, either...OU looks so slow compared to UL...lotsa blown coverages as well on TD passes. Not too helpful for conference's image to have this clunker be the featured college national telecast of the day.

Who was that thug from Louisville that purposely ripped the helmet off the Ohio player?

Yeah, but apparently they were green-tinted glasses, since all the Louisville fans that I saw underestimated the Cards' victory.

2011 NIU lost to #7 Wisconsin 49-7(4th game of year), very similar circumstance in that Harnish was a senior and hopes were high. That season ended well for NIU!

I was so tired of hearing about Bridgewater and assumed he was overrated. I didn't expect Ohio to win but my opinion of Bridgewater was changed today.

Oh, bitterly disappointed in the Bobcats performance today, plus OhioU alumni haven't even succeeded in making marijuana legal in Ohio, so I can't even take an herbal remedy to assuage the pain.

Has Ohio shown up for the game yet?

I was shocked watching this game. I predicted a close game going into the 4th quarter. I'm sure Ohio will be fine though. Really impressed with the number of Bobcat fans that attended. A number of folks wearing green. Classy group of fans you guys have. Best of luck the rest of the season. I have a lot of respect for Ohio and Frank Solich.

I'm not quite sure why anyone thought Ohio had a chance in that game. About what I expected.

Bobcats got blasted by a top ten team. Bobcats aren't as good as last years team at this point in the season. Defense has to pick it up a lot. They aren't going to beat any MAC teams will that poor pass defense. Offense will pick it up. The defense didn't stop anything all day.
