I do firmly believe Ohio is the best team on Louisville's schedule. I don't think many of their fans have considered that.

Confident we will score on them... Literally no weaknesses on offense for Ohio.. Balanced, talented and experienced. Our DB is great. Big question and key for Ohio is the front 7 defensively. We must pressure Bridgewater and not let them run at will. That'll be tough, Louisville's offense is loaded. Forcing turnovers will also be tough but would be huge.

Going out on a limb, for sure, I know.......

I suspect Louisville will win, if no other reason than home field, but here's hoping that the Bobcats can pull off another opening day surprise.

An Ohio win would certainly make some waves nationally, and I truly hope to see the Bobcats come back to Athens 1-0. I think Louisville will win, but in a similar fashion that FSU did against NIU; underdog hangs around late in the game but doesn't capitalize on all opportunities and ends up losing by a deceiving score.

I'll give the same prediction that I just made for the Toledo - Florida game:

Would be sweet if I'm wrong on both.

Tettleton and Solich rise to the occasion by playing well and coaching up the Cats, but UL wins with a strong Q4.

Ohio fans are the ones that are insecure. I'm sure most NIU fans don't even know that there is a thing called Ohio University or that it shares their conference.

Miami, BG, NIU, and Toledo are the TOP tier of MAC football by almost every metric, current and historical. Ohio sucks at football.

As far as the Louisville game, just try not the embarrass the conference.

I don't know, will Ohio be the next Boise and be locked in a BCS game by Week 4 as they struggle to beat Akron again?

I think the outcome of games like this are pretty knowable: The MAC team hangs tough, but the BCS team is just a little bigger, faster, and stronger in the last 4 minutes of the game and pulls out the W.
